Meet The Owner - Lacy Bizos
Lacy Bizios has made Utah home since 2005. Born and raised in Arizona, Lacy has a passion for family
and community. She treasures creating memories that carry through generations. Lacy has co-founded
two businesses, in technology and equine services. She feels deeply about serving her community,
especially the military and first responder families. Lacy serves our community as a Board Member for
the Wahlen Veteran Home in Ogden, The Wolf Creek Foundation and an Executive Member of the Top
of Utah Military Affairs Committee (TOUMAC).
Lacy brings her love of family, traditions and creating memories to The Hideaway on Angel. She is
excited to empower the venue to be a community jewel that is a place where your dream event can
come to life. The Hideaway on Angel has become an environment that embraces each event with
warmth and authenticity.
The Hideaway on Angel was created from love and with a firm foundation is now evolving into a
welcoming space where you can bring any event you’d like to life.

Destri
Event Director
Destri was born and raised in Utah. She started her job as office manager and event manager at Hideaway on Angel in 2021. She was previously a florist, which led her to this industry, but she has always considered event planning to be her dream job. For as long as she can remember, she’s been planning and executing extravagant themed parties for friends and family. Outside of work, her hobbies consist of going to the beach as often as possible, being anywhere with my daughter, or hanging out at home with her plants and animals.
Cole
Bartender
Cole is the friendly face behind the bar at Hideaway on Angel. With a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences, he loves being part of such an important day for every couple and their guests. Cole takes pride in crafting drinks that keep the celebration flowing and making sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends, exploring new flavors and cocktails, and making the most of Utah’s outdoors. He loves the energy of wedding days and is grateful to be part of so many unforgettable celebrations at Hideaway on Angel.
Emily
Event Staff
Emily grew up nearby in Farmington, Utah She attended Southern Utah University and Weber State University, where she earned her bachelor degree in early childhood. She taught full day kindergarten before starting her family. She’s been happily married since 2003 and has 4 great kids. She quickly learned of her love for event planning through creating and organizing her kids’ birthday parties, and wedding planning for friends and family. She started working as an event coordinator for Hideaway on Angel in 2022, and absolutely loves her job there, decorating and helping others to plan for their big day. A new hobby of hers has been making custom cakes and cupcakes for family, friends, and clients at the venue!
